Ways of Seeing is a project that aims to give insight into these often subtle and untold stories.
If These Walls Could Talk is a multicultural project to celebrate and showcase the culturally diverse businesses residing on the Central Coast.
The Central Coast is a community built on cultural diversity. The human connection that exists between locals and visitors to the beautiful region is further enriched by the cultural heritage of many of the local business owners. We see successful businesses being run by people from all over the world, with a myriad of fascinating origin stories, but how often do we really get a chance to hear the stories of how these amazing businesses came to fruition. There are stories of struggle, perseverance and good old-fashioned hard work that exist in many small towns, if you dig a little deeper.
If These Walls Could Talk is a project that aims to give insight into these often subtle and untold stories, as it is through empathy and sharing of story that we can deepen connection to those around us and strengthen the bonds in our small and beautiful townships on the Central Coast.

Located on the southern end of the Central Coast, Woy Woy is at the heart of the beautiful peninsula, surrounded by ocean on one side and the calm Brisbane Waters on the other. Woy Woy has the charm of a small country town feel but with an exciting up-and-coming food scene that shows off its cultural diversity in every bite. With a healthy mix of young entrepreneurs opening up modern new food spots and experienced hospitality veterans taking advantage of the growing food scene, Woy Woy is a town that has a lot to offer the food lovers among us.

The Entrance has long been a favourite for families visiting the Central Coast over the busy holiday periods, but year round there is a thriving local food scene with local restaurant owners knowing their ‘regulars’ are the ones that keep them going all year. With waterfront fine dining, busy cafe’s, Vietnamese street food and Mexican favourites, the Entrance is full of choice be seen on a busy Friday night as the side streets and esplanade light up with activity as they bounce between their favourite food spots - always on a first name basis with the owners.
